| This Brasserie is a large traditional brasserie,
redesigned by Didier Gomez. All the warmth and friendliness of a large
Parisian brasserie is found here, sublimated by a magical, moving setting.
This Brasserie is located in the cupola of a Haussmann store built in 1923.
As for the décor, this Brasserie was imagined as representing a homage to Paris
and its fashions.

| Jacques and his twin brother, Lauren Pourcel,
were two of the most famous chefs in the southerly province of Languedoc.
(...) Positioned on the uppermost (seventh) floor of the Art Deco-style
Theatre des Champs-Elysées, it has contemporary,
all-white-and-purple decor, sweeping views across the Seine, and two dining
rooms. Brilliant food and the sublime setting, (...) the menu changes
with the inspiration of the chefs and the seasons. (New York Times, 'Where
to Eat' Review, 16 July 2008) |

| In the heart of the magnificent first-floor lounges, the “Cristal Room Baccarat” is a genuine living space situated
in the former dining room of Marie-Laure de Noailles. Philippe Starck chose
to preserve its original design while giving it a necessary touch of modernism
and daringness. Thierry Burlot, former chef and associate manager of the
Armani restaurant, concocts refined dishes from the very simple to the
highly sophisticated. This extraordinary space is also available for private
parties or most splendid receptions. |
