Please note that Palm Deluxe Room and Palm Suite categories are non smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in this room/suite. AED 500 will be charged in case of violations.

The hotel accepts all major credit cards. The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers travelling and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort. Alternatively, if the passenger travelling is not the cardholder, or if for any reason, the credit card used for the booking cannot be produced at check in, the passenger may pay in cash or with alternate credit card, failing which the resort has the rights to cancel or reject the booking

An additional deposit amount will be taken upon check in for extra charges during your stay - (AED 500 for Rooms & Suites, AED 1000 for Pool Villa and Polo Pool Villa, AED 2000 for Pool Residences and AED 5000 for Villa Layali - additional deposit amount per night.
